Zebra Plains Mara Camp is our pioneer camp and it is located below Oldonyo Oloip Ridge home to Moniko Pride of lions and with best views of the open plains of the Mara frequented by Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Topis, Buffalos and many other plain game. Camp has a water hole Infront of the camp that gets busy during dry season.
During your stay with us you will get to enjoy our camp’s several spacious guest relaxing areas that features indoor and outdoor lounges, two camp fires, day sun beds, Tv Lounge and a fully stocked bar lounge.
At zebra Plains Mara you will be able to get some of the best sunsets in the Mara and we love these evening moments best enjoyed with your best evening drink, it creates life long memories.
All our meals are served inside our 3 indoor dining lounges or under umbrella shades or under the stars when sky is clear at night.
We have two categories of rooms at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, Savannah facing rooms and Hillside facing rooms but all have similar amenities that you will need during your stay with us; Ensuite bathrooms with both cold and hot running showers, twin basins, flashing toilets, study desk and verandah with safari director chairs and our family tents are interconnected by a private lounge. We also provide refillable shower gels, hair shampoos and body lotions.

All our Safaris are conducted by KPSGA rated professional Guides inside Maasai Mara National Reserve in our 4 x 4 open sided Landcruisers customised for game viewing.
Safaris may be shared with other guests and In case you will need your own safari guide and own car please book this in advance for the peak season or based on availability when already at the camp or few days before arrival.
Safaris can be done in the Morning and afternoon or on a full day drive but we ask our guides and guests to plan their day’s drives based on other activities and guests’ interests.
