Investment in Privately Owned Community Concessions

All our safari camps and lodges are built in private concessions that are adjacent to the Main Reserve, the land belongs to the community and we pay annual leases and also pay USD.15 per guest per night into the land owners, so choosing to stay with us means you are leaving a positive impact in Maasai Land through Zebra Plains collection of Camps and Lodges. The space that we secure from community gives us opportunity to go on walking safaris, do some sundowners/bush breakfasts or bush lunches and even game drives in the bigger conservation areas that we are partner camps. We do pay leases as well in some wildlife Corridors thus Conservation of Wildlife and their much-needed space.
